Return Process

  Upon delivery, immediately inspect your package for any signs of damage, tampering, or missing items from your manifest.

  Contact the Syndicate

  If there is an issue, email our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product or incorrect shipment.

  Review Process

  Our team will review your claim within 48 hours to determine eligibility for a replacement or a store credit refund.

• 4.
  Resolution Delivery

  Once approved, we will ship out a fresh batch of goods at no extra cost to you or issue a digital gift card for the value of the affected items.
